- Provider-Controlled Pricing: Providers set their minimum acceptable rate using a conditional reward model. For example, a provider might set their minimum at 0.6 (or 60%).
- Customer Budget with Incentive Range: Customers set a total budget (e.g., $1,000), which includes a built-in incentive buffer to reward high-quality service.
- Performance-Based Payment: Final payment ranges from the provider’s minimum (e.g., $600) to the customer's full budget ($1,000), based on satisfaction and service quality.

- Flexible No-Show Guarantees: - If no provider is pre-selected, customers can choose whether to include a no-show guarantee. Once a provider accepts, the guarantee becomes mutual. - If a specific provider is chosen, their no-show guarantee applies to both parties——ensuring fairness.
- Transparent Cancellation Compensation: If either party cancels, compensation is calculated based on who cancels, the agreed no-show terms, and how close it is to the scheduled time.
